We offer it in the safe, friendly environment of SOLAS therapy room with 100% support from Cathal O’Shea (gym owner and fitness trainer) and myself Sharon, nutritional therapist. The benefit of a small class size is that we can customise it to your needs and goals and the small community of participants are encouraged to support each other in continually taking the next step.
This is not a quick fix weight loss programme. It’s about cultivating the taste and habits for healthy, balanced, nutritious eating for the long term for you and your family. Combined with exercise, this has been shown to reduce the risk of serious health risks as we age and this combination is also CRITICAL for developing bodies (children and teenagers). All too regularly I see clients whose chronic conditions – IBS, anxiety, depression, obesity developed earlier in life when they were exposed to a diet high in processed foods, high sugar and high fat.
